It is still a quite powerful one with i7 cpu, the WLAN is its most weak part and it runs maximum up to 54Mbps.

I tried to replace the broadcomm WLAN PCI-E with new AC module but failed, then I realize there must be a whitelist for DV6 bios.

I hope someone may have idea how I can clean the whitelist on the laptop and then it will be much suitable for use.

I also noticed that there are lots of tools and wondering which one is best suitable for the bios editing among the tools list.
