I have experienced the same thing and after much searching i found someone on ebay selling the narra5 board with a rev 6.0 bios, i have compared the specs of the narra6 uk ver and they are the same, chip set, lay out ect... and it does not have the Am2+ limitation but still TDP:95W

I have the bios for the narra6 file sp46431, do you think it may work on the narra5 board? or is the AM2+only just really misleading?
