Yes i tried with 3.40 Beta, 3.01, 3.30 and 3.05 but unluckly with no results.. I dont know what i can do, you think that with a "swap" bios i can fix the problem?
Ok, im doing it right now! The funny thing is that the microcode is present in the BIOS, and even with UBU for upgrading m.codes i didnt manage the pc to boot up,

So you can't update ME-region from Windows.
1. Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by Rufus),
2. Download ME-firmware v8.1.70.1590. Unpack, rename it me.bin and copy it to created DOS USB-stick.
3. Download Intel ME System Tools v8 and unpack it. Go to \Intel ME System Tools v8 r3\FWUpdate\Local-DOS and copy FWUpdLcl.exe to created DOS USB-stick.
4. Boot from created DOS USB-stick.
6. Type in command line: FWUpdLcl -f me.bin
7. Make a photo of results.
8. Don't reboot but power off your system and disconnect power cord for few minutes.
9. Boot and make in BIOS Load Defaults, save and exit.
10. Try to install your new CPU.
