Stepping is that somthing it says on the chip or on cpuid

It will show on top of chip, I don't think any software gathers this info (only some will show CPUID which is based on stepping, but if BIOS using incorrect CPUID/Microcode then you would get that incorrect value).

It should be QG99 or QGPL, but there may be other ES steppings too I'm not sure. Some maybe QBDW

I checked your BIOS and 306F1 is there, but no 306F0 (Both are ES microcodes)

Thanks, that is CPUID 306F1, what microcode is shown loaded in HWinfo64? It will show in these two places. If it's 3C or other than 13, windows is loading microcode for you and you'll have to read how to stop that (Or don't use windows 10)

I've seen a few ebay listings for these CPU's, and in the listing they have images showing in use Rev 14 microcode, your BIOS has 13, so we may need to find 14 for better performance, but it's not going to unlock CPU multiplier (maybe help some with Bclk, but not sure)

Here is that HWinfo

Good, it's using the 306F1 Rev 13 (80000013)

Here is BIOS with 306F1 version 14 instead (1/10/2014 vs original 80000013 10/2/2013)

Yes, if you want to see if rev 14 microcode works any better for you, it should I think, maybe better bclk?
