Yes, they can and do custom BIOS for all boards.
This setting has restrictions set for certain things and apparently you meet one of those that lock it up, I'll fix that for you. I removed Gray out, and unsuppressed NOC Option.
OK, I unlock Bet Runner for you, try this BIOS - http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?fil...6376149544
Leave name same, or sometimes BIOS flash tool can't see it.

OK, hopefully it should now be adjustable by you!
I see now on MSI Forum why that was disabled/grayed out for you, it's meant for Non-K OC, but may still open some options for you due to how I unlocked for you. Aside from that, expert mode should unlock overclock settings. What specifically did you think you were missing, that way I can dig through BIOS and see if maybe there is some hidden setting you can't see.
If that does not open things up, then I had a look through that "Overclock" page, and see the following that I can enable.
CPU Ratio Mode
One Of Option: Fixed Mode, Value (8 bit): 0x1 {09 07 D0 00 00 00 01}
One Of Option: Dynamic Mode, Value (8 bit): 0x2 (default) {09 07 D1 00 30 00 02}
CPU Ratio Offset When Running AVX,
Options are 0-31
OC Genie

One Of Option: Immediate, Value (8 bit): 0x2 {09 07 C2 02 00 00 02}
XMP Option - I think this should only appear if memory has XMP Profiles, so not sure I should enable always by default, unless you want it?
Dram frequency, there is a lot, up to 4133, do you see all those? *Note, you may need to set 100 or 133 dram ref clock to see each/all available.

Hey man that looks good thanks for all the help and getting things sorted however for some strange reason when i go into my BIOS and go to the overclock page my whole BIOS freezes. I was able to take a screen shot somehow lol but here's what it looks like.

OK, sorry about that, it's probably due to unlocking that when it's only meant for non-K CPU's. Flash back to stock, and I'll unlock these others instead and leave that one as it was, since you have a K CPU anyway
