You're welcome, don't give in so easily It wont work from BIOS ever, I said @BIOS, it's a program you download on their site for your board in the software section.
here is link - http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Uti...atbios.exe
Don't use this on first BIOS, only this last second one.
This tool automatically crossflashes peoples boards for them when they don't want it So it's known to be used for crossflashing when you do want it too.
You can also run the command manually from the batch file in DOS, but add the /X or /Z switch and sometimes that will get it too (only one at a time)
flashspi P67DS32.FE /X
flashspi P67DS32.FE /Z

Good you did not give in! Sorry for confused directions after you got it, I forget depending on how you get it you may have to dance a little more!
Now that you have .FE BIOS flashed in, reflash that same .FE again but stock unedited version from here (Use @BIOS again, check clear DMI Box)
http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/BIO...2.x_fe.exe
Then, once you have done that, try stock unedited UA2 ( DO NOT flash this with @BIOS)
http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/BIO....x_ua2.exe

Hi there! Sorry for necroposting . It`s very intresting what you guys tried to do. Is it safe enough to flash FE bios with @BIOS, like nongrata did? And can nongrata tell about results of such a risky thing? Does that last post mean, that I could have UEFI bios on my old mobo? TIA.

Yes, just make sure you close all other programs so less change things go wrong. Send nongrata a PM for exact process before you do this, so they can tell you what they did and final outcome. Start with file at post #10, then follow along

Oh, hello, I thought nobody will answer. Thank you so much for your help. If I understood correctly at first I should flash FE bios from 10th post via @BIOS, then default one from v2.0 mb (FE) from DOS, and then update it to unmodified UA2, right? Are there any issues possible with OC my 2600K with new bios? Thanks again.

So, here`s my story about this experiment.
1. FE mod.zip has been downloaded from 10th post.
2. FE modded bios has been flashed via @BIOS with Clear DMA Data box checked. It worked, seemed to be fine even with moderate OC of 2600K.
3. FE stock BIOS from rev. 2.0 has been flashed via @BIOS (Clear DMA Data box checked). No problem at all.
4. Made FreeDos usb flash, flashed unmodified UA2 rev. 2.0 bios via DOS. Start was very strange - PC started after 3 total shutdowns. Worked fine until OC.
5. OCed my RAM and CPU, same freqs as in previous versions - bootloop. Tried to Clear CMOS, it made my mobo absolutely bricked.
6. Purchased CH341A Programmer, flashed f5 rev. 1.0 BIOS with it and don't really want to experiment further.

Did you ask nongrata for their method and findings? If not, send them a PM and see how they got along

I did. He didn't answer though. Everything seemed to be working with UEFI UA2 rev. 2.0, but very unstable. Double starts, long time entering to CMOS settings. Tried to turn on PCIe 3.0. After OC PC just started to reboot permanently, then I tried to clear CMOS, first by jumper, then I just took battery off. And after all of those steps PC didn't even show GIGABYTE logo, just cycle reboot. I saw mobo tried to enter dual bios utility, but then rebooted again and fell in that cycle again
