It is in the file they are labeled backup32.bin and backup64.bin. There are two chips on the T440P. I shared the other two files incase someone wanted to review if they were malicious in nature.

Checked I tried methods and still doesn't work. I cannot get into bios which I could not do before. Blank password now works. However the supervisor password so I can change setting to disabled is still greyed out. Does the second chip have anything to do with it as there are 2 winbond chips on this board. One is the a 32 and the other is a 64. That is why I included both files.

Yeah DXE Driver(or something to that effect) I believe has to be created so that it can flash the chip from the bios to something known or blank.
