Core temp etc show im well within thermal limits

Here's a mod for Toshiba Satellite L300 (PSLB8x & PSLB9x).
I replaced mcodes, unhid advanced menus and unlocked IDA. There is no setting for EIST in bios Setup, so use TS to toggle it.
I didn't update vbios as there is no source to take updates from.

In case someone can give me a hand. I need to update the bios but I can't access windows, so I need to run that program InsydeFlash.exe from startup and some way to update bootably.

The thing is that when using a Windows Live USB, it doesn't finish booting and the computer (Toshiba Satellite L300-1A9. PSLB9E) restarts. Either it has a hardware problem or my only solution is to update the BIOS because it has version 1.30

Well, there is a little chance you still can update without windows. Try using H2OFFT for DOS or Shell.

If someone could guide me on how to use H2OFFT since I have been researching and I can't find anything for my model.
