You can use either awdflash DOS tool with switches listed in previous pages or Winflash to flash from Windows. I've used the 2nd one, founding it much easier, but that's a personal choice.
For Winflash, I open up a DOS prompt window, move to the directory containing the extracted archive and type:
winflash "New BIOS filename".bin
This will launch the Winflash tool and all that's required is to click on 'Update' button. The new BIOS is then flashed in.
