Hey, could somebody unlock BIOS for my notebook?

Not moddable, only if yu downgrade, you can try this mod:

Got error "Boot block cannot support to downgrade". Any way to bypass it? I've heard that it can be bypassed through editing .dll file, however sadly I lack skills.

Well it flashed, however it seems that BIOS is bricked, black screen and caps lock diode blinks 2 times. I don't have uefi partition on the disk and I can't make USB one to work. It doesn't boot and andy' tool says that my bios file isn't insyde bios file. Could you help me somehow?

Find the "HP Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) Support Environment" for your laptop model
from the HP website is (sp61101.exe).

1.Execute this under windows and create a HP_TOOLS UEFI boot usb stick.
2.Obtain the latest BIOS update for your laptop (unpack .exe file with 7zip, need files like 0367x.fd)
3.Run phoenixtool on the bios you wish to recover.
- If you have multiple .fd files, pick the one with the number closest to the number (example Rev: 3672-100)
4.You will get two files from phoenixtool...
- RSA.SIG
- <BIOS>.fd.DEC
5.Place both of these files on the usb stick at Hewlett-Packard/Bios/Current
- RSA.SIG -> <BIOS>.SIG
- <BIOS>.fd.DEC -> <BIOS>.BIN
For example:
- 03672.fd.DEC -> 03672.BIN
- RSA.SIG -> 03672.SIG
6.Shut down your laptop, plug the USB stick, hold win + B and power on. (I removed HDD for safety
7.Wait for the system bios to flash.
I make copy of my usb flash with worked bios files for my HP 630 (03672). Label for usb flash must be: HP_TOOLS

As You read into original bios file are 3 version for 3 Mobo so It's for the
Rev: 3672-100 what is yours ? You can find it on laptop label, if it's the same
You can use the bios version is for sp61101.exe
If your revision is different We have to use different 0367x.fd so It needs use PMTool to extract RSA signature and Bios decrypted too.

The problem is that I don't have the label, but as I can remember it's 3674. Already tried all the methods you listed and still nothing. Can't decrypt the 03674 file and that's probably the reason.

You cannot decrypt last version as RSA Key is not leaked yet and not implemented in PMTool (Andy haven't yet it so You can decrypt only old bioses), but You can recovery and downgrade to an older bios, so use an older bios which can decrypt
and use RSA.sig and .dec.fd bios and try, Ithink It'll works !
You have to use your own bios version so 03674.DEC.fd (rename it as 03674.bin) + RSA.SIG (rename it as 03674.sig) copy into USB and GOD bless You !

Well is there any 03674 bios unlocked? The previous one was 03672.

I think FjFc bios mod is good, but only update problem was, I can look it if You do You want.
To flash FjFc bios You can use the same way as Recovery before using Dec and Sig files, but I can look it before, what do You think ?
