Hi friends,
where can I find the rights patches.txt for my BIOS (H5ET40WW (1.13))?
I tried to patch it with the
Quote:The Patches.txt file for H1ET69WW :
http://rghost.net/57368840
but it still refuses the Intel 6325 card.
I probably patched some random setting with this, but fortunately the laptop is still working
It seems that a patch was provided in
Quote:https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-R...st-Removal
, but the file http://rghost.net/50524159 is no longer available.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Alex

So i managed it myself. I "downgraded" to H5ET39WW using DOSFLASH and then applied one of the recent patches provided here.
The patch process in DOS mode took a lot more steps compared to the previous run on the wrong BIOS version. Now the BIOS identifies as H5ET69WW (and no longer H5ET39WW), and also UEFI boot was disabled after restart which took me a while to figure out. After enabling it again everything works now, including the intel wifi adapter
