Hello rockinho,
Have you tried clearing your CMOS? To do this, follow the following:
1.) Remove the power adapter, notebook battery (if applicable), and CMOS batery. To remove the latter, you will need to disassemble your PC. Keep these three items removed for 10-15 minutes.
2.) At the end of the aforementioned time interval, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to dissipate any remaining power.

Hello E11IS2 users,
Could someone who has successfully flashed the modified BIOS image from post #3 leave a reply confirming that it works please? This way, the thread can be moved to the confirmed section.

Hi guys! First of all Thanks to Sml6397 for taking care of the busssines. I am from Argentina , and TPM disable (UNLOCK) is usual here for the school netbooks. But E11IS2 planfotm (Lenovo ) is unable to be unlocked , because of its TPM chip WPCT201IA0WG. To unlock one I hoped this bios should help. So this is what I did : flashed bios.rom with my programmer (tl866)and.... nothing,Activity present on pin2 othe BIOS IC, but no initialization. The battery and CMOS disconected, left a while to discharge ... but..... nothing UNFORTUNATELY.
If you have some suggestions to do, please write , I think will have this net a day or 2 to try something else

Hello el_colo,
Did this process result in a bricked BIOS? If the process did result in a bricked BIOS, then I have an idea for how it could be properly flashed.
The modified BIOS image contains platform data that instructs the normal BIOS flashing programs on how to flash the particular BIOS chip. Since the platform data most likely does not normally exist in the BIOS chip itself (or at least not in the same way as it does in an official BIOS image) [this needs further analysis], this platform data may be causing the hardware flash to fail. My theory is that removal of this platform data and application of a BIOS dump's corresponding data may yield a hardware-flashable BIOS image.
I will have to test this theory with my own test board. I will probably have very little time to do so until two Sundays from now. I will keep you updated of any progress regarding this. If I have not responded by the 18th, you are free to bump this thread. I say this because I have many other threads I need to attend to with the start of my Summer vacation.

I did NOT flash this BIOS yet, I want to make sure it works.
I have two questions:
- Does the integrated keyboard work to enter the boot screen?
- Did you try to enter the BIOS configuration screen using an external USB keyboard?
Thanks!

Hello fedeemachini,
I will try to look into this issue this weekend, but I cannot guarantee that my homework load will allow me to do so.
