I flash your BIOS and again a black screen with blinking cursor.I am not be able to boot to dvd or harddisk.

Yes I did.It all looks good accept the dvd/hardisk boot

Can you post fotos of CPU Configuration and JumperFree Configuration screens in BIOS?

And please flash native BIOS and make a foto like your first foto.

You mean by flash native Bios the orginal bios 0512 from Asus website?I can not flash the Bios with the Xeon L5335 because it will not boot from the usb stick with the Xeon placed.
I switch to a core2duo cpu,flash the new bios,reset all to defaults             and then I replace it with the Xeon.Thank you for all you help.

So microcode for your CPU is loaded. Boot problem with blinking cursor needs another solution.
Can you disconnect all usb and sata cables and devices from your motherboard and try to boot?
