OK. Connect ps2-keyboard, then disable all usb & sata & ide controllers in BIOS. Try to boot.
Did you try to press Ctrl+Alt+Del when blinking cursor on the screen?
P.S. What kind of cable your monitor use: vga, dvi or hdmi?

Disable all you said no result.Yes I tried Ctrl+Alt+Del when blinking cursor on the screen and it is not responding via ps2 or usb
Cable monitor is vga.I tried both vga and dvi. Also tried a pci videocard instead of pci-e.There is no onboard vga present.

Try also disable (in BIOS) Floppy, AI Overclocking, C1E Support, Vanderpool technology, CPU TM function, Intel SteepStep technology. Try disable everything Smile
And try to set CPU & memory frequencies and ratios to manual values.

Sorry....again not working.

Can you post fotos of Hardware Monitor and JumperFree Configuration(with AI Overclocking=Manual) in BIOS?

You mean resetbutton on pc?I did that no result.I also tried a Xeon E5310 SL9XR @1.6ghz with exact the same results.
Maybe we can try with a Xeon E5410 SLBBC 2.33Ghz.I tried also that cpu but it is not working at all. When starting pc only black screen.
