I think EC rom version isn't match with BIOS version.
That happens once to me.
(Was my mistake, tired to disassembly-assembly laptop to reprogram BIOS chip when bricked,I remember that on schematics I see one connector for external SPI chip.Add connector to motherboard, was under wifi card, get wires from connector to programmer, all was fine but software see other id of SPI chip,Ignored this, maybe my memories are wrong, write bios to chip, with some errors.Result laptop completly dead.
WTF I do wrong?Check some things, other thing all seems fine but laptop dead.Until looking in schematic I see some differencies from what I remember, check again and see the problem.Almost similar schematic, same connector for external SPI chip etc.
This one was for main chip,BIOS,the other one was for EC SPI chip.Find on net dump of that chip, write with programmer.Laptop alive)
Sorry for long post but was to explain my mistake, confusion of two sockets.
Maybe will be useful for someone sometime.
After that I only get one video card,ATI in dev manager.
Intel one was non existent.
After writing BIOS,sp55430,all was fine and both vide cards available.
