Request multiple BIOS modifications for Dell Inspiron 5558 (will pay or donate)

Hello. I'm in possession of Dell Inspiron 5558. I'd like to have more control of my computer configurations and make further upgrades possible. 
I'd like to add following features to the BIOS if possible:
(1) RAID support
(2) Manual fan control 
(3) CPU clock and voltage control
(4) GPU clock and voltage control
(5) RAM clock, timing, and voltage control
(6) Disable Wi-Fi whitelist (if present)

I'm willing to pay or donate via paypal or appropriated methods for the effort in making the modification a reality. I attached the original BIOS package and ACPI table from RWEverything if it'll be some help. If there's any information required to complete the process please let me know. I'll reply as soon as I can.
