Hi!

I have a Samsung NP310E5C-U02PL laptop, and was wondering if the Bios could be unlocked, so I could access memory speed settings, and possible CPU related setting like Boost, ratios and so on. Also maybe enabling SATA 3 speeds as it is now limited to SATA 2. Not sure what resources can I give in order to help the process. Bios version is P09RAP, not sure how to extract it though.

First, enter the Bios pressing F2. Then, press Ctrl + Shift + Alt (all left buttons) + F4.
You should notice that on the bios version (in my case, P08RAB) it will add some odd characters.
That's the sign that the trick worked.
Go to the last tab, the one which you choose to quit Setup.
Now you'll have 4 new feature.
