Hi, i've been running to a problem lately, where i would gain more fps when running on battery. Checked with GPU-Z, it looks like i have a huge power limitation when plugged in, as the power usage is only 1.4 W when plugged in, but it jumps to 5.5 W when on battery. Any help i can get on this?
I've also tried AMIBCP from my friend's suggestion, only changing the Intel Control TDP Support to Enabled on the optimal tab, but when i tried flashing it with WinFlash ( http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/Apps...ER2420.zip ), an error came up saying that the file size is not valid.
Edit : Ran a test my friend gave me, turns out there's a 2 kb difference between the .bin the test produced and the .208 from the link below. He said if i'm brave enough, i should use the .bin and flash it via fptw64. should i do that, or should i use WinFlash?

Here's the test that he gave to me, along with the output.bin

Ask your friend what modifications was done to the file output.bin and which tool was used to. Was the original File "X200CAAS.208" the basis for the mod?
Before you touch the bios. Have you already tried the settings in Windows Energy Management or using SW like ThrottleStop to avoid throttling down? I had a similar Prob wit my 2nd Gen Sandy Bridge i7.
I think the Asus X200CA has a Ivy Bridge i3 (3rd Gen) CPU and a built in GPU?!

nothing is changed on the output.bin, it's just the bios dump by intel fpt tool.
both X200CAAS.208 and output.bin are openable with AMIBCP, also theres no size change after changing stuff in AMIBCP.
Also I think a simple value tweak is what he wants, instead of full menu unlock which isn't really needed.
bios rom protection seems to be disabled on default settings according to AMIBCP so flashing modified output.bin via fptw should works, although i'm not too sure about that.
Intel TDP Control is disabled on bios default settings so TPL settings in Throttlestop can't be used.

Do you mean the values under CPU PPM Configuration/Config TDP Customization?

Hello! Can you please unlock all hidden menus within this BIOS, including "Chipset" menu? I've tried modding the entire SPI 8mb file and also the 6mb X200CAAS.208 available from ASUS website, it flashes and works ok but nothing is unlocked.
