There are two ways :
1. Install new WiFi Card and look
2. Make a Bios Backup and upload here
I will check if the Mod is been flashed !
Let me know
Regards
Use this tool run It as Admin and upload here the result file :

Hello, BDMaster
I tried the http://rghost.net/53128665, but the download button gives me 404 error. Could you recheck the link, please?
Now, my real problem...
I bought 2 used Z400 with exactly same specs, from the same guy. On the first one the BIOS information says:
Product Name: INVALID
Lenovo SN: INVALID
The other information seems fine. Almost everything works as expected, including windows activation. The only problem I noticed is Intel Turbo Boost. Aida64 says the processor is capable, but it is disabled. The only way to see turbo boost working is using ThrottleStop program. This notebook has signs of internal maintenance and I am not sure if the motherboard was replaced. I don't know if the Menu Unlock can help me to enable Intel Turbo Boost, but it is my primary goal. There is a way to solve these problems (Invalid name, invalid serial, and Intel Turbo Boost) through a BIOS MOD?
On the second one everything is okay and works as expected, including Turbo Boost.
Any help will appreciated...
Keep this great work!
Thanks in advance

BDMaster thank you for all the help. Can take a look at my results above and let me know if I did it. This is my first time attempting to mess with my bios.

Please make result files for both and sign the good one ! Hello,
Thanks for your advice. I checked that tool on virustotal.com and got a 26/53 virus ratio. I know these tools can give false positives...
Could I use 'insydeFlash.exe bios_name.fd /g' command? Will this tool get all the information needed?
If some day I break my BIOS, will the backup from insydeFlash.exe be suffice to recover my BIOS (including my DMI data)?
Thanks in advance.

The Bios Extracted (I can use from Original Installer) has not your DMI Data and flashing It
Will cause loosing all your Laptop own Data (Serial, Model, etc. Win License) !
So it needs to get a Bios Backup !
If You have fear You can use a LiveUSB Win7 like Hireen's Cd and run from It (removing your
Internal HD) and You will be sure that this tool doesn't make wrong on your HD !
I can say that It is sure and I used by me a lot of times on many laptops

Hi,
I want to replace my Wifi card (Intel Wireless-N 2230) on Lenovo Ideapad Z500 Touch with a egpu exp gdc beast Nvidia Geforce Gtx 960. Can you please remove the whitelist in the bios?
Although there is a new bios version, I have not updated my bios and the manufacturer does not provide a copy of it in their website.
However, I made a backup of the bios using the Universal Bios Backup Tool 2.0. Here is the link:

Thanks in advance,
By the way the Egpu I use goes in the mpcie slot usually where my wireless card goes
