dump bios file_hp dm4-3098ee

Hello,

I made an update of the bios through windows using insydflash.exe after I download the bios driver from hp website.

after that the laptop turns on and off repeatedly with blank screen. I search on the web for identical problem and notice that the bios file is not installed correctly and I need to flash it using a eeprom external programmer.
after dissembling the parts, I found that 25Q32bvsig is related to the bios. thus I desoldered the chip and flash it using universal programmer with bin file contained with the driver update (attached figure). After that the laptop do nothing. Is there a way to restore a dump bios file to reflash the chip?
Please help me find such file.
