Try to reset CMOS again and install old CPU. I hope you don't damage motherboard.

Is the neighbor's pc.
I suggest to check, all components on another pc.
Then try to start with video card in each slot and one stick memory in each slot, (all combination).
Also to use a magnifier to look the socket pins.
