[REQUEST] HP Pavillion 15 n267sa AMD

Hi, I've been sitting here all night trying to figure out how to unlock the advanced features on this BIOS, its well outside of my skill level though.
The problem is, HP decided to permanently enable AMDs cool n quiet feature, it cannot be turned off, meaning that my CPU cannot clock above 1600mhz, it should be able to reach 3200mhz, but wont under any circumstances.
Is this even possible to fix? can somebody please help?

Model: HP Pavillion 15 n267sa
CPU AMD A8-4555m
BIOS: F.18       http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73449.exe

I'm looking for the advanced menu, specifically the cool n quiet option.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I did read that somewhere, and I also do have a HW SPI Programmer. But no BIOS file to flash :/
I'm pretty much out of my depth here, It might not be a good idea for me to start soldering leads onto the motherboard in order to flash and IC that I'm not too sure I could identify with 100% accuracy.
