Hello,

I would like to have 9DCN34WW(V3.04) bios modded for whitelist removal, so i can use an external gpu.

9DCN34WW(V3.04) Sendspace Link

Thanks.

Figured out this bios has the sleep bug patched, lol.

I'm having the same problem. The latest EXP GDC PCIe adapter connects really nicely to the M.2 port in my Lenovo B50-70 and when I connect a GPU and ATX PSU it all seems to work fine. However, that pesky whitelist prevents me from being able to boot into Windows when the GPU is connected.

I found a forum about this topic marked as [SOLVED] but all the links are either restricted or dead:
https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-S...st-removal
Assuming that at some point the links in that forum worked, and that some of you out there have the whitelist-removed BIOS for the Lenovo b50-70, it would be hugely appreciated if you could post a download link.
Thanks.

I'm sorry i'm new here so i'm probably missing something very obvious, but where is the actual link to the BIOS mod/rom?
I've got fptw64 (as I run Windows 10 64bit) but cannot actually find the mod anywhere in this forum despite several members stating they have it, and that it works (thread even marked as [SOLVED]).
I've tried clicking several links that might be it but they all say "Access to the file is restricted", do I need to PM a certain member to get the file? If so, which one?

I recently received an EXP GDC external GPU adapter a few days ago and have been frantically trying to find a way to remove or get around the whitelist ever since so it'd be great if someone could please help me out.
Thanks.

If anyone can remove the whitelist from this BIOS (and it works) than I'll even pay you $70 AUD, i'm getting restless and I'd really like to have this all sorted before Uni starts next week.
I know there are some great tutorials on this site but I've never modded a BIOS before and can't afford an accidental brick, so i'd be much happier if someone more knowledgable where able to do it. If it works i'd also suggest putting it on the Wiki repository, the fact that it's not already on there is frustrating considering this mod has already been done before (though the link to it is now dead, hence this post).

Thanks. Smile

Hi, thanks for responding.
The results are in the order of your download links:
https://www.sendspace.com/file/pepjft
https://www.sendspace.com/file/b5uh8q

[Edit]: Ok so as far as downgrading goes, the best I could find is version 9DCN32WW(V3.02) which was the original factory BIOS version. The sleep bug should work on it since it wasn't patched until the next version. Will that do, or should I try looking for an even older BIOS version before flashing your mod?
