Sad I have some advices:
1. Check memory with any utils.
2. Boot with one DIMM only. At first in slot #1, then in slot #2.
3. Find DDR3 DIMM with 1066 Mhz maximum speed (PC3‑8500) and boot with only this DIMM.
3. Uninstall graphics drivers and use "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter".
4. Reinstall Windows

Yeah I was thinking the best thing to do is to install a fresh new clean copy of windows 7. I will have to back up everything to external hdd before I do that. Thank you DeathBringer for the advice  and thank you for getting the 615e to work Smile

Well Deathbringer I really believe reinstalling clean fresh windows 7 is the best thing to do. Because there is a problem with windows update, windows 7 on my touchsmart is not normal. Something is wrong with windows update on this touchsmart, svchost.exe uses  a crazy amount of cpu and ram usage and windows 7 is slow to start up and shut down on this touchsmart. So I will reinstall fresh new windows 7 today, I am expecting my seagate 2tb external hdd to come today and I will back everything up on that hdd and then reinstall fresh clean windows 7 Smile

I think it's a hardware problem. When you replace CPU, speed of memory increased from 1066 Mhz to 1333 Mhz. And the internal graphics uses common memory.
Before reinstall can you make new screenshot with expanded registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0?
