Does someone can unlock options for core unlocking and overclocking?

Bios at the first gives me options to choose languages. All tabs are unlocked by default(Power and Advanced too), but there is no options for overclocking or unlocking.

Hello!
Yes, Advanced and Power tabs are presented as hidden in your bios setup menu.But HP not provided overclocking options for own laptops.
I have 6 different unlocked HP laptops and there are no same options. So if you want overclock CPU, just upgrade it for more power.

But that isn't laptop, and power and advanced tabs are unlocked by default, there just isn't core unlocking options.
