I have asus a9t laptop that is fairly old that I tried to preform an slic bios mod of which I have done heaps before but our daughter interrupted it by pulling the power cord during flashing after the erase procedure.
I'm wondering about bios and the bios recovery name to be able to try recover this laptop, if I open the bios in ami tool and do not get told a recovery file name like what is sugested.
If I power the laptop it powers up for a few seconds then powers off.
here is flashes of the wifi and power hdd lamp so I think it may still have a bootblock present but from looking on the net some of the older asus laptops did not have a recovery mode built in.
Can I some how see if there is in fact a recovery mode and how it operates key press etc...?
below is the bios from the manufacturer.
