Toshiba L670-1EE (PSK3EE): Bios unlocking request

Hey guys, 

First of all excuse me for my bad English, hopefully You`re going to understand me.  :8 

Actually I´m from the German hacintosh-scene and I´ve got a problem considering the amount of settings I am able to acces in the Phoenix-bios of my notebook, `cause there aren´t as many as there should be. 

For example I also wanted to install Win10, in order to be able to compare both OS, i. e. Win7 and Win10. Well, the only problem that makes all of this impossible is the fact that i cant access to settings like "secure boot" or "csm boot". 

These and all other possible option that are unlockable would make the whole thing much easier or even viable.

As already mentioned, the name of the notebook is "Toshiba L670-1EE (PSK3EE)".

I would be very very happy, If You could help me to solve my problem by trying to unlock at least these two functions of the bios. 

EDIT: I attached the bios-updater, as I said, I couldnt find any bios-roms (Version 2.30)
EDIT2: I've extracted the .exe-file. I guess that the attached rom-file is the right one.
