HP Pavilion dm4-3002sa whitelist

Evening guys and girls,
I was wondering is there anyone who can help me remove the whitlist for this laptop. My orginal wifi card was broken so i bought a new one and now the laptop wont boot because of it. I am a bit of a tech geek but not at this level. If any one could help me i would be much appreciated.
