ASUS P8Z68-V PRO: OEM TO RETAIL BIOS?

Hi com,

I am new to this forum, i got here because I need help with my mainboard. 

I got an OEM PC from Asus (Asus CG8565) with an P8Z68-V PRO Mainboard. The problem is, the board has an OEM Bios, so very limited settings and options. The Board looks exactly the same and got all Ports and everything, so i think just another bios.

Now i wanted to ask you if i can flash my OEM Bios to Retail Bios?

I also found Bios Chips in the internet, would it be possible to just replace them?
