I'm trying to learn how to mod my own bios, so please can explain me how to proceed?

I have actually this bios:

Can you unlock as much as possible of this one?

How can I read the bin file that is provided with the download from the official site? Every tool I tried wants a rom file.

Sorry for the delay!

Actually I cannot install windows untile the weekend, maybe you have a linux alternative (I usually use flashrom to read the bios but maybe you need some special format)

Done with another tool.

I'm not so happy that the bin file contains my win8 license number... but life is life (and i hate win8 anyway), I could werofill it but maybe there is a CRC anywhere so I left it.

Now that I have the rom file with which tool can I identify it and mod it? (I will not flash something that i don't understand, I promise).
