Xeon E5440 on a G41 board

I need a bios mod for Xeon E5440 on a  ECS G41T-M7 motherboard i have tried tu put this cpu in the first time and windows wont start after i updated the bios it started windows but it's not working smooth it's slow and unresponsive certanly not working like a quade core beast i have uploaded  the latest rom since it started windows with it.Please help this is a frends PC so i need to make it work as fast as posible.

Hi friend can you upload your full bios backup file? My bios full erase. G41T-M7 v.1.0. Ecs site has only update file 500 kb. I need full bios file. Please upload or send my mail. Will you help me ?
