In your laptop memory above 0xC0000000 address is used by internal devices. So only 3072 Mb are available. It can't be changed by any BIOS patches.

What's the version of Windows you use?
Try to disconnect HDD. Any changes?

I use Windows 10. 
removing HDD after bios logo ... OPERATING SYSTEM NOT FOUND message is displayed.
I try also connecting HDD to usb but laptop reboot after bios logo.

hi, i tryed without HDD and with 4GB RAM laptop does not turn off and reboot ater Bios logo but nothing happens. just few cursor blink then black screen.

I tried to use win 10, win 7, win 8.1 and a usbkey with win10 installation. Using DVD Always black screen, using usb installation  reboot after bios.
Now i installed a 2GB sodimm+ 256MB sodimm and works properly. But i'll remove 256mb sodimm, i think is not better because it is a 266MHZ and 2gb sodimm is a 400Mhz.

OK. You need new CPU for 3 Gb in Windows 10. You can buy a very cheap T7200 on ebay.
It's faster you current CPU by 60%!

T7200? i have a t7300 from a broken HP laptop. can I use it? anyway if T7300 doesn't fit for less than 2. i order it immediately.

T7300 isn't compatible by socket.
P.S. T7400 & T7600 are suitable too.
