[REQUEST] UNLOCK BIOS ADVANCE SOULMATE G4i-35132T
#1
Dear mod.
i have this old laptop Advan Soulmate G4i-35132T. and i'm using Win 10 64bit with 5GB ram. but the laptop only read 2.8GB.
I hope you can help me to unlock this bios to get the system running on 64bit virtualization, so the OS can read the RAM at its full capacity.

ps.
if you can help me to unlock all the hidden feature of this bios, it would be great.

Thank you for your kind help.

here is the link of the bios

I don't see any problem.
Show a screenshot of Memory tab of CPU-Z.
And a screenshot where you see "2.8GB".

here's are the memory tab and i saw 2,8 usable memory at windows system. as far as i know, a true 64bit system use your full installed RAM. in this case, it suppose to be 5GB at usable state.
So this old laptop only act as 32bit system, not as a 64bit instead. While the OS works on 64bit system.

CMIIW.

thanks.

Try to install Windows 7.
Try to swap SODIMMs.
Try to left one 4GB SODIMM only. How many memory will be available?
Make & post photos of your SODIMM (from two sides).
