Hi, could someone advise on how to change the fan setting on a dell 3350 Vostro laptop. the fan keeps kicking in. wondering if there is any way of preventing the fan continuously kicking in. i have installed a custom bios, but i am unsure on changing thermal settings if anyone knows better there advise is appreciated.

any suggestions are much appreciated.
