a modded BIOS cannot be flashed on this model but we can enable AMD-V using another method.
See this thread for more information regarding this: https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-R...5-553-1786

@Beah!

Ok, here you go: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4NHIBM...h2Vnc/view

You need to put the vars_mod_Beah!.txt file in the folder with the H2OUVE.exe file and execute the following command in an administrative command prompt in that folder:
H2OUVE.exe -sv vars_mod_Beah!.txt
H2OUVE will update the NVRAM area of the BIOS and after a reboot the new setting should be active.

Now Parsing File From vars_mod_mynetmailid.txt.

Yes, that's normal as some of the registers are read-only.
But we only need the setup-register, which was applied successfully.
Feel free to reboot.

OK... already did!
But, I had some problems... at de begining i could not flash the NVRAM with the program (error 0x02) after some reboots I could, but I got the follogins errors https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByN_7Ji...RkVGs/view
Then, after reboot, the Task manager shows this https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByN_7Ji...pmbEU/view (Virtualización: Deshabilitada  = Virtualization: Disable), but VirtualBox shows https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByN_7Ji...xkdWc/view and now I can run virtual box.... after reboot to Bios and exit without saving changes , now Taks manager shows https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByN_7Ji...I4ZW8/view (Virtualización: Habilitada = Virtualization: Enabled)... maybe if I reboot again task manager will show Disabled...

Any idea?

I haven't seen the error 0x02 yet, but the other errors are normal.
They appear because some of the registers are read-only.
But in this case we only needed the setup-register and that was applied successfully, so that's fine.

If VirtualBox shows that AMD-V is enabled and you can use it properly, then I wouldn't worry about what the task manager shows.
If you want, you can do some more reboots and look if the task manager shows virtualization as disabled after any of them.
In case it does show virtualization as disabled again, dump the variables with H2OUVE to a new vars-file (vars2.txt) and upload it so I can take a look at it. You can use this command:
H2OUVE.exe -gv vars2.txt

In case you restore to default settings in the BIOS, you will probably have to apply the modded vars file again, but otherwise AMD-V should stay enabled.
