Flashing BIOS from Windows USB Installer Prompt

Hi,

My device is Lenovo Z580. I can't access BIOS, can't change boot order or select boot device etc but it can load UEFI drives(HDD, USB etc.). But there is a little problem which is my HDD has too much bad sectors when I try to install Windows, It doesn't load some file at opening.(BSoD).

So what happen if I open Command Prompt via Windows Installer USB and execute flash.bat ?
