[UNLOCKING REQUEST] - Acer Aspire 3810TZ Bios unlocking

Help would be much appreciated, I tried to do it myself, but I could not find any tutorials on how to do it!
I especially want to alter the thermal settings, because the fan is on 100% all the time, no matter the workload!
