Help please Bricked bios Lenovo

Hi there I have a Lenovo b50-45 with bricked bios I have a computer and phone repair shop and am very tech savvy I've recovered many bios before but this one has me stumped ? it's a insyde bios I've tried Hp disk format tool created dos startup USB renamed bios rom to bios.wph holding windows key and B at startup connect power cord and press power on nothing seems to reckognise the USB I've tried on all USB ports too I've seen crisis disk but I believe it's for a Phoenix bios only that tool also tried Rufus any more help or ideas please would be good by the way the fans all spin and DVD drive works fine computer beeps when I remove the ram etc and lamp light comes on screen just no splash screen or any display at all even externally
