I have tried to do this myself with no success.
I don't mind if this is permanent SLIC.
Wanting to see if someone can help me with bios Slic 2.1 for Windows 7

upgrade to official 7A65v14 bios, reboot, run Backup_tools utility as Administrator (right mouse click - as Administrator) and upload results.rar
