XPS 430 didn't to modify microcode ,it already contain 2015 c0(012) and e0(a0e) stepping.
Don't you test it???

Hi,

It does not boot with my Xeon X3323.....
But works perfectly with a dualcore E7400

Doesn't boot was compatibility problem or install problem ,not a microcode issue.
Microcode's feature is identify or define processor completely.

This board can boot x3363 it mean can compatible with 3 series xeon ,so it should be your install problem.

Sometimes ,although processor can put in cpu socket ,but if the socket cut off doesn't clean enough ,cpu adapter can't touch lga pin fully ,so it can't boot.

Hi,

Yes you was right...
I tried today for a second time and now it boot^^
As you said, the problem came from the cpu cut off side who was not enough and who did not make a good contact on the socket.
I resolved the problem with my dremel Tongue
