Lenovo Y50-70 doesn't boot with original 2x4GB RAM sticks after bios mod
#1
Hello, yesterday I requested a bios mod for my Lenovo Y50-70 (bios version 1.13) to unlock hidden bios pages and remove whitelist, for a hackintosh build.
The mod flashing went just fine but after changing some settings in the bios required for a hackintosh build (Secure boot: disabled, VT-d:disabled, Fan slow speed:75(original) to 60) and rebooting the laptop got stuck in a boot loop where it would power on with black screen for 4-5 seconds, than shut down, than power back on after 3-4 seconds and so on.
I than proceeded to try reaching the bios by resetting CMOS, changing ram position, unconnecting battery, totally remove ram, but nothing worked.
This until Dudu2002 (who kindly made the bios mod) told me via mail to try replacing original 2x4GB ram modules with some other module, I replaced them with a 1x4GB module I had from another computer (same DDR3L but 1333 instead of original 1600), and it finally booted.
I went to bios and changed settings back to default, put original 2x4GB modules back in and it went back to the boot loop, then tried 1x original module + 1x other module from other computer and it booted (also tried with the other one, so both them works and get recognized by bios and windows, so they're not broken) but no matter what, if i try to boot with 2x original modules or just 1x original module I get stuck in boot loop, it seems to require the other module from another computer in order to boot (either alone or together with one of the original modules).
I also tried reflashing original lenovo 1.13 bios and most recent original bios, and reflashing the bios mod, but the problem remains.
What could possibly be causing this issue? if both the original modules are not broken, why would it require a module coming from another computer in order to boot? if this is bios dependent, why reflashing the bios mod, or even reflashing the original bios doesn't resolve the issue?
Any idea?
This is the bios mod: https://mega.nz/#!KhkUSSJQ!NVP0BVyamsrn4...xXLnO2jWQ0
Thank you very much, I hope it's clear.

both sticks works, it's written, both works when they're combined with a third, non-original ram stick, the problem is they don't work when together, anyway, I just bought another stick and swapped one of the original permanently.
