[REQUEST] Insydeh20 ACPI unlock for HP Pavilion 15 n259se

Hi there. I would like to modify the thermal throttling and fan speed in my laptop. Throttling starts at around 70 degrees (which is stupidly low) and the fan never reaches its maximum speed (guess they wanted to avoid the noise?) but both options are hidden in the bios and cant be modified by any software.

Laptop: HP Pavilion 15 n259se
