Hello!
I read over here ( https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-P-Y-...-p/2241023) that if you set your graphics processor (in the BIOS) to be the dedicated GPU, you are granted additional options to adjust the refresh rate. Is this true?
Even if the refresh rate unlock doesn't work, I'd like to go ahead and get the advanced BIOS features unlocked, please. Here is the BIOS backup (created with Universal BIOS Backup 2.0):

Hey , can you unlock advanced menu because I'd like to be able to change the refresh rate of the display from 48Hz to 60Hz and switch the integrated graphics to dedicated graphics card thanks !

Yes but I want also switch graphic cards(intel to nvidia ^^)
