I have a Laptop Asus K54LY equipped with intel b950 dual core and habe intel hm65 chipset. So i be search for another laptop with the same chipset so you can modify / add the microcodes on my bios. Thx

Post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with supported CPU.
Did you tried to boot with your i5-2520M? What was the result?

I will post when i arrive from work , i tried with it and i have i3 2310m and with both doesnt turn on , doesn't want to read it.happens to me to other laptops.

Current BIOS has microcode for CPUID=0x206A7: version - 0x23, date - 08/28/2011. It's enough to boot with your new CPUs.
So it's not microcode problem.
Try this algorithm:
1) remove AC jack, Main Battery, and CMOS Battery
2) remove HDD and all DIMMs
3) install new CPU
4) wait 10 mins
5) press and hold power button for 30 sec.
6) install CMOS Battery and one DIMM only, inject AC jack (without Main Battery!)
7) try to boot your laptop.
P.S. Did you checked your i5-2520M & i3-2310M in other laptop?
