Hi, i have a problem with my Intel core i7 Q 720. This proccesor has a frequency of 1.60 but my pc only recognize 0.93 

Doing some research i found that my cpu multiplier is wrong. My multiplier is x 7.0 when it should be x 12

My actuall bios have the advance options locked. I need if someone can unlocked the advance options.

Ill be grateful y you help me.

Here is the screenshot. I used a program called HeavyLoad to stress the cpu. In HWMonitor is going to 100% but if i look to task manager it said that is going to 58%.

Yes, i just did it and nothing.

OK. Check Set Multiplier and set value to 13.
