[Request] IMISR-VM Penryn Quad-Core Support

BSEL mod doesn't replace Core 2 Quad mod.

I understand that.
I understand I may be asking some stupid questions here...
There is nowhere else to ask  
What is this?
   
It says in the guide this tells CPU to run at 200Mhz Bus Speed but surely this is what BSEL does?? Or is the procedure outlined necessary to the Core 2 Quad enabling?

Then obviously the Core 2 Quad mods are required to get it running - I get that. My question was where can I get modified APIC table for my mainboard if I were to go down that route

Thanks for your help anyways! I have two last questions...
How do I flash 0117 version BIOS to my motherboard? Should I use RM Manufacturer tool or AFUDOS on DOS USB stick? And will Core 2 Extreme X9100 work with BSEL Mod to slow bus speed down? If yes I will order one immediately..
