Probably something went wrong. Screenshot MOD attached. All anti-viruses are disabled, launched from the administrator.
Perhaps the problem is that I have BIOS BIOS 219 and I gave a link to 223?

make a DOS bootable USB stick (FAT32 formatted, http://rufus.akeo.ie/), copy 3 files from DOSFlash folder to USB,
boot from USB to pure DOS and run FLASH.bat
