Thanks, sorry I am not familiar with how cache works on these boards, and from the disk management image, it appears that your NVME SSD isn't even being used (Still unallocated), but that may be how it should look for cache? It stumps me on that, and how you have "Intel" as your first drive in the images on previous page. It's working though, so just be sure to set it all back how it is now and you will be good.
