[SOLVED] Dell Precision r5400: Incompatible processor detected

When i tried to install an xeon  x5460 and try to boot my Dell Precision r5400 it refuses to boot with "Incompatible processor detected" message.

Could someone please patch the message out or add the new microcode to the bios?

Post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with current CPU.
Show a photo of the screen with error "Incompatible processor detected".

Yes, i've successfully downgraded bios with A07 .hdr file and Dell's DCCU program as a test.
