I discovered the error, the new OROM with soft has changed positions in SATA slots for 4th and 3rd slot and all cracked you know 0-1-2-3-4-5 so 2 and 3 were switched, anyway all almost done.
My backup of system and one matrix live with new geometry, copying data from it to it passing USB3 controller HDDSmile
It's going OK, will go sleep and tomorrow will recover the second Raid as have now free disks and slots, this time I will do just mirror Raid1,
for systems and all not important data.

That doesn't sound right? Did you maybe mix up the disks or the ports they are connected to? See, I never ran into these issues probably because I only had two drives, so easy to keep track of which drive was on what port, more drives, cables, ports a mix-up can happen easier.

ANYWAY, the damage was done and recovered, I could not mess with cables which are properly described with stickers on both sides and disks were not moved either and they are marked with stickers also, it can be that MS is messing too Wink. 1TB matrix is back.
Time for 2TB, but different method as I do not need all the partitions from it.
So in progress and real life is calling too...
catch you this evening...

Yes, I know, bummed you had to go through all that! Good luck on quick build of the 2TB array now

OMG, finally I have recovered all Smile
Will talk to you Sunday or so, as now I am sick of PC and
have far too much in real life to do...
Still copying moving partitions to my final layout design of storage,
mounting UPS and configuring it, even wall socket was changed to 4 plugs LOL...
Big job Smile
Have to extend my web file server... plenty really plenty to do.
Then I will come back to tunning
so far did MHC adjustment to your suggestion and it works, \o/

Best regards

I know how that is, so no problem! I need to do a clean install on my setup, been regretting it and putting it off more and more, but it's always so much better, but dread the hassle so I know exactly what you mean how PC stuff can be a huge hassle sometimes Smile

So what, you remodeled your office or something, or just redid some of the electrical work?
